As you may not be aware, we have been on the 2009 RAA for a number of years and our contract has come to its renewal, In that regard we have had to migrate to the 2013 RAA. The main point for domain registration, is that the validation/confirmation of registrant email address, and that any NEW or CHANGED registrant will have to click a link to confirm the validity of the email address provided.
This is only triggered if the customer email address or registrant email address is changed. A single email will be sent out with a link in it for the customer to proceed and confirm. The customer has 15 days to complete this task or the domain will be suspended, they have the option to click the link to unsuispend the domains on their account if they do not confirm the change.
