When a domain expires, SPRHost Network has?15 days to renew the domain before it falls into redemption. Once the domain is in redemption, we lose control of the domain and we must purchase it directly through our main registrar. Their fees for domains in redemption are very high so you?ll want to avoid this at all costs by making payment during the first?15 days. And, there is no guarantee that we will be able to re-purchase the domain after the first?15 days.
Because of the sensitivity of domains to their expiration dates, we make a great effort to get in touch with our clients prior to the expiration date. You'll want to keep your email address and phone number up to date in the billing area so we can get in touch if there are any issues.
